No More Chicken Dinners (Weekly Menu)

After 2 months of eating baked or shredded chicken every night, my hottie hubby recently told me “Please, no more chicken. Just the smell of plain baked chicken makes me gag now.”  You gotta love his honesty! haha

Well, now that I’ve taken bikini prep off the table for now, I’m excited to be more adventurous with our dinner meals! Here’s what we’re making this week:

  1. Oh these look amazing! Thank you for sharing. In going to use a few of these too. Any suggestions for working with frozen spinach? I really dislike using it…i can never get it drained enough. I usualky would much rather chop and cook.


    1. Hey Kristin! When I use frozen spinach, I nuke it and then dump in a double layer of paper towels to wring out the water. But you can totally use fresh spinach too! :)
